This one’s for the spice lovers. Our vegan Mapo Tofu brings the heat with a bold, mouth-tingling Sichuan peppercorn kick, balanced by deep umami and savory soy-based protein. It’s our take on the classic Chinese comfort dish. Minus the beef, but still full of fire.
Just add hot water for a cozy, spicy bowl.

Get this meal immediately!!! Huge depth of flavor and excellent texture- the tofu rehydrated so well! My partner and I absolutely loved this and far exceeded our expectations! The shipping was super fast too. Will for sure be ordering more!
I think this is my favorite freeze dried backpacking meal of all time. I’m usually pretty picky about trail food because most meals lack flavor and end up tasting bland, but this one surprised me. This actually uses authentic ingredients and tastes exactly how it would if cooked at home. I can’t wait to buy some more.
The rice rehydrated so perfectly. There were some tofu bits that were chewier than others, but it was so flavor packed that I didn’t mind. Would absolutely bring this on a backpacking trip with me, it kind of reminds me of cooking from home. It’s what you want to dig into after a day of putting in miles.
