Enjoyed this under Mt. Fitz Roy in the Argentinian Andes a few days ago. Thoroughly impressed with the unique flavor. Will definitely get more. I've tried scores and scores of vegan backpacking meals, and this was a refreshing change. Well done. I did have a problem re-sealing the bag for cooking, but that might have been on me.
I inhaled this after a long day of trail maintenance. The flavor is great but I wish it had a tiny bit more going on texturally as it was a bit one (yummy) note.
